This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Spot Business mobile application (“the App”). This policy applies only to the Spot Business app and not to the consumer-facing Spot app.
The Spot Business app is operated by the owner of the Spot platform.

The Spot platform is currently not a registered business entity.
Spot Business is used by restaurants, eateries, and event organizers to manage their listings on the Spot app, receive and process order details, and manage reservation requests.
We do not collect sensitive personal data or use analytics in the Spot Business app.
Transactional records (orders, reservations, payouts) are retained indefinitely at this time. Business accounts are deleted immediately upon request.
We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with service providers (e.g., MSG91) only as necessary to operate the App.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including secure authentication and controlled access. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may request deletion of your business account at any time by contacting us at wizverx.spot@gmail.com. Deletion is effective immediately and permanently removes your account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the Spot Business app and will take effect immediately upon posting.
